Weird Traditions

Today was a day where two of my friends and I took part in what has become an annual tradition for us; we visited the Allergy and Gluten free show which is on in Auckland this weekend.  The first year they held it we were really excited about it because between the two of us my friend Jennie and I have some sort of weird reaction to just about everything, and our other friend Janelle has come with us for the last couple of years, so it has become a weird sort of tradition for us.

It’s great, for once you don’t have to check what’s in things because each stand has huge signs saying if they have dairy, gluten or nuts in them; it’s also a great place to find new products and learn more about allergies and intolerances. But it is a kind of weird thing to get excited about and have it as an annual fixture on your social calender.
